Cole Agency unfortunately isn't free all the time. I hired experienced members in the Stardoll fashion business and I think it's important for it to not always be free, since their giving you their best advice and common knowledge. But don't get disappointed just yet!
When it's your first time joining Cole Agency, you get two weeks for free! Consider this just a trial for all new members. After your trial is through, you can then decide if you want to continue and pay.
